Shawn is a founding partner of the Cornerstone Financial Group. He assists his clients in creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans. As an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, the plans address some or all of the following: investment planning, retirement income strategies, estate planning, wealth transfer, and charitable giving solutions. Many of his clients own a closely held or family-owned business. These business owners are dealing with succession planning issues, and Shawn is well equipped to help them through this process.
Shawn helped form the Cornerstone team after building his individual practice for 18 years with Lincoln Financial Advisors. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 with Fidelity Investments. Shawn holds his FINRA Series 63 and 7 securities registrations, as well as life and health insurance licenses. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in economics and finance. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, exercise, and travel. He and his wife, Tammy, have two sons: Colin and Ryan.

Erin is a client relationship manager. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1998. Erin holds her FINRA Series 6 and 26 securities registrations through Commonwealth, as well as her life and health insurance licenses. Erin is the primary contact for service or questions on existing accounts. She is also responsible for processing all paperwork associated with new investment accounts and life insurance policies. Erin makes sure that the client’s needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Erin is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University. She lives with her husband, Chuck, and son, Brady. They enjoy going to Brady’s baseball games, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Blair is a client relationship manager assisting Shawn Hill. She is the primary contact for any service-related issues or questions on all new business and existing client accounts. Blair is responsible for processing all paperwork associated with new investment accounts and life insurance applications. Her primary objective is to ensure the client’s needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Blair is new to the financial services Industry, but she is very motivated to provide the best service possible and has demonstrated the ability to be responsive to client requests.
Blair recently moved to Cincinnati from Lexington, Kentucky. Blair is an avid reader, enjoys volunteering at a local nonprofit agency, and has a passion for animals.
